CHALLENGE

The scope of the project was unprecedented. At the time, few responsive design patterns addressed the sheer volume of content Sportsnet.ca dealt with on a daily basis. Further, the complexity and fragmentation of sources associated with the sports data required a team that understood how to simplify complex integrations.

APPROACH

To ensure the project’s success, we maintained a close, supportive partnership with Rogers over the course of several months, acting as an integral part of their team.

Our contributions to the project were broad. We researched the usability needs of Sportsnet’s fans, designed UX solutions that fit the complex CMS requirements, and helped the front-end development team code and deploy the final designs. We helped the Rogers, Sportsnet Team with our disciplined approach to simplicity and by consistently putting the user at the centre of their business.
