Attend this online panel on Wednesday, April 20th from 1-1:45pm EST to discover how three UX experts approach user experience strategy in their organizations.

Everyone wants to improve their user experience strategy. Whether it’s re-evaluating an organization’s general strategic approach to UX, or building out a strategy for a specific product, there are some common challenges user experience professionals face at organizations of all types and sizes.

During the live online session, Shannah Segal, Usability Matters, Andy Vitale from 3M Healthcare, and Ryan Cummings from UPMC Health Plan will share their experiences leading, implementing, and improving user experience strategies.

Topics covered include:

  • Why a solid user experience strategy is a must for any organization
  • Ways to approach senior leadership and gain buy in for UX activities
  • The impact user research has on user experience strategy and product development

In addition to the topics covered above, you’ll have an opportunity to ask your questions. You can either submit them during the live session, or submit them via Twitter (@umatters) or email (louise@usabilitymatters.com).

This online panel will be hosted by Anita Sedgwick, Director of Marketing at Usability Matters. The panellists are:
